Maine mill owner says rail dispute threatens jobs

BANGOR, Maine—The head of a Maine paper mill says a dispute between two railroads threatens 650 jobs in Madawaska.

Jeffrey Dutton of Twin Rivers Paper says if the dispute isn’t settled increased transportation costs for the mill could be $3 million a year. Twin Rivers used to be known as Fraser Papers.
