Mr. Doran, a native Mainer, has a strong background in the forest products industry and has been with the PLC since 2014. Prior to joining the PLC, his career included roles with President Clinton, Maine Governor Angus King, the Maine Department of Labor, and Central Maine Power. He has also worked in higher education at Kennebec Valley Community College. Mr. Doran holds degrees from Lafayette College and the University of Connecticut and lives in Belgrade, Maine.

Mr. Grant has over a decade of experience in legislative and public affairs, including his recent role as Senior Legislative Aide in the Maine House of Representatives. He has also served as Director of Public Affairs for Dirigo Partners, legislative aide in the Maine House, and Acting State Director for StudentsFirst. Before his professional career, he worked as a blueberry harvester. Mr. Grant holds a B.S. in Sport Management with a Marketing Concentration from Thomas College.

Ms. Clark brings over 12 years of experience managing successful franchise locations in Central Maine and has served on the Gardiner Main Street Board of Directors for over a decade. She holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics and an M.B.A. in Finance and Economics, both from Thomas College. Her extensive understanding of the logging industry is rooted in her experience with the PLC since 2015.

Donald Burr

Mr. Burr has over 20 years of experience as a logger, specializing as a feller buncher operator with Madden Timberlands. He is skilled in supervising crews, collaborating with landowners, and safety training. As a former Fire Chief in Greenbush and a seasoned EMT with over 25 years of experience, he has also served as a training officer and lead instructor for the Mechanized Logging Operations and Forest Trucking Program, a role he continues to fill.

Tristian is the Office Coordinator for the PLC, supporting its mission to advocate for Northeast loggers. With 7 years of experience in customer service and administration, she previously worked as an office coordinator at Back in Motion Physical Therapy and as a Customer Resolution Expert for T-Mobile. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in psychology, Tristian is dedicated to continuous learning. She lives in Vassalboro, Maine with her family and pets.

Hannah brings a wealth of creativity and marketing expertise to her role at the PLC. Previously, she served as the Marketing Director at Day’s Jewelers and founded her own branding company in 2013. Hannah holds a BFA in Graphic Design from the Maine College of Art and second degree in Communications and New Media. Outside of work, she is a devoted wife and mom of 2, born and raised in Maine.
