Vermont Forest Boss May Quit & Run For Secertary Of State

MONTPELIER, Vt. — Vermont’s commissioner of Forests, Parks and Recreation is planning to resign and may run for higher office.

Commissioner Jason Gibbs, a Republican, said he won’t make a final decision about running to become Vermont’s Secretary of State until after he steps down.
