Cheryl Russell nominated for Commissioner of Labor

Commissioner Designate Cheryl RussellAUGUSTA, Maine—Gov. Paul LePage has made his nominations for commissioners to head the state’s wildlife and labor departments.

The governor said Wednesday that 52-year-old Cheryl Russell of Chester is his choice to head the Department of Labor, while 61-year-old Chandler Woodcock of Farmington is his selection for the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife.
