LD 1545: An Act to Protect Maine Workers Becomes Law

Governor Baldacci signed LD 1545 – An Act to Protect Maine Workers on Monday 4/12/2010.

The new LAW will take effect 90 days following the final adjournment of the legislature  which was also April 12, 2010.
